1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• The Service is provided by Adless ApS (VAT DK-43129287), sometimes refered to as "Homemaker" or "us".

2. User Accounts and Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Agreements & Payment

• Some features of the Service enable you to enter into legally binding agreements. By accepting of submitting offers, you agree to perform or receive the agreed-upon service at the agreed-upon price. You also agree to pay any fees presented to you when entering into the agreement.
• Service provider will be invoiced periodically depending on outstanding balance. Typically service providers will be invoiced monthly.
• Service providers agree to collect exactly the agreed-upon cost directly from the consumer.
• Service providers agree to accurately update information on Homemaker, including information on completing jobs.
• All users that have interacted via a job (including job offers) on the Service agree not to enter into a similar agreement to perform the job without registering this in the Service ("de-platforming").
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Jobs booked through Homemaker consistute a direct agreement between the consumer and the Service provider. Homemaker serves as a lead generation platform that facilitate interactions between consumers and service providers, thus cannot be held responsible for any aspects of agreements made on the platform.
• Jobs booked through Homemaker are performed at the risk of the Service provider and Homemaker cannot under any circumstances be held accountable for any circumstances related to the booking and performance of the agreed-upon service(s). Homemaker may choose to assist in resolution of conflicts but are is not required to and cannot be held responsible in case of conflicts.

4. Intellectual Property

Homemaker and its content, including logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

5. User Content

• You may submit content (e.g., upload files, write comments) as part of using the Service.
• You grant Homemaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content.
• You agree not to submit content that is offensive, illegal, or violates third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not violate any laws or regulations.
• You may not use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Homemaker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. Homemaker is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or other communication methods. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Denmark.
